麻油姜酒炒蛋
最近很想念麻油姜酒的味道,前几天就以简单的材料来煮这道“坐月子菜”来吃。
切点姜丝在把麻油烧热一起爆香,打了两三粒蛋进去煎,最后放些红糟酒及酱油就可以了,真的很香啊。。。。虽然少了肉,但起码能够满足到我!!!
